CHAMPAGNE &  SPARKLING  WINES

 

30.   ASTI SPUMANTE D.O.C (7%) Vallebelbo                               

Italy’s most famous sparkling wine noted for its seductive Moscato aroma refreshing sweetness

and modeate alcohol.

31.   PROSECCO DI VALDOBBIADENE BRUT D.O.C (11.5%) Santa Margherita

A brilliant pale colour with fine pelage, this is a very clean, fresh sparkling wine.  The aromas of

green apple and peach blossom are complemented by a soft gentle texture with a crisp finish.

32.   BRACHETTO D’AQUI D.O.C.G. Bersano

Ruby red with a delicate, musky bouquet.  The flavour is sweet, soft and lively with a fine pelage.  

33.  CUVEE BRUT D.O.C. FRANCIACORTA (12.5%) Bellavista

Yellow straw in colour with greenish tinges and a very fine pelage, intense, fresh perfume

with hints of laurel and flowers.

34.  ROSE BRUT 1er CRU COMTE DE BRIMONT

Rose petal in colour, a plentiful and turbulent effervescent character composed of tiny bubbles.

With its elegant floral bouquet and its wonderfully delicate finish, this is a quite beautifully

made rose.

35.  MOET et CHANDON

This classic cuvee has moderate balance and fruit and gives of its best on tasting. The bubbles

are perfect, the power and body excellent.  This champagne is drunk all over the world.

 

DESSERT WINES

 

36.   IL SANTO VINO LIQUOROSO F.Iii Nistri

Starfish yellow with golden highlights; intense ethereal perfumes; pure scent of semi-dried fruits

and oxidation.  Semi dry and generous on the palate.
